He has directed Human Resources initiatives, implemented Recruiting strategies and spearheaded Recruiting efforts, implemented Culture-enhancing initiatives, developed HR policies and procedures, and facilitated Professional Development Training Seminars and follow-up Coaching for clients in Financial Services, Health Care, Public Accounting, Construction, Commercial Real Estate, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Professional Services, Non-Profit, and Higher Education. Scott is co-author of Navigating toward Academic and Career Success. He has led seminars for various student groups specific to the theme of this guidebook.
