Jerry is a Leadership Facilitator and Recruiter with Bagley Consulting.  Prior to assuming this role his experience spanned both defending the United States as a Colonel in the United States Air Force piloting B-52 Bombers and managing various civilian business operations.
 
Jerry’s Air Force experience focused on extensive large operations, training, development, and change management.  He began his career as an engineer with oversight responsibilities specific to production at a contractor operation.  Soon after, he transferred to the Combat Air Force as a B-52 pilot.
 
Air Force Career Highlights:

• Director of Safety at HQ Air Force Global Strike Command:  Establishing nuclear safety, security, and training programs; directing ground, flight, and maintenance risk management for a 23,000 person / 135 aircraft / 450 missile organization.
• Vice Commander of 2nd Bomb Wing…world’s largest bomber wing:  Combat readiness of 3 B-52 Squadrons; $14.5 billion in assets; welfare of 10,000 personnel.
• 23rd Bomb Squadron Commander:  Led over 130 Aircrew and Support Personnel…and executed world-wide combat operations.
